Main Responsibilities

You'll:

  • Play a key role in the processing of DOLS referrals, ensuring statutory timescales are met and are line with DOLS Code of Practice.

This role will suit someone who is a strong team player and who wants to provide an excellent service for Staffordshire’s service users.

The Ideal Candidate

You'll have:

  • Experience of working in an administrative function and using a computer-based information system and Microsoft Office packages.
  • Experience of working with internal & external customers to provide a high quality service.
  • Attention to detail is key and you will have the ability to be able to pick up new systems or processes quickly in this fast-paced role.
  • Previous knowledge of DOLS would be an advantage but not essential as training and support will be provided.
